The CBD is 35km away, while Cape Town International Airport is just 31km distant. A question that often pops up about Uitzicht, is whether it falls under Durbanville or Kraaifontein. Although Okavango Road is mostly viewed as the devide between Durbanville and Kraaifontein, Uitziht falls under the Kraaifontein municipality. This is confusing, even when doing a search on Property24 as Uitzicht is listed under both Kraaifontein and Durbanville, and depending which search is entered. For instance, if a search is entered for properties in "Uitzicht Kraaifontein", only properties loaded under "Uitzicht Kraaifontein" will be shown, while properties listed under "Uitzicht Durbanville" will not come up in the search results. It is better to search both when searching for properties in Uitzicht.
